The Tamil Nadu government, led by Chief Minister MK Stalin, has replaced the Indian rupee symbol (₹) with the Tamil letter for 'Ru' in the official logo of the state Budget amid the language row. Notably, 'Ru' denotes 'Rubai' (Rupees in Tamil).
