Former Bihar Chief Minister and RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, who flew to Patna on a three-day parole for attending his son Tej Pratap’s wedding to be held on May 12, got further relief on Friday as the Jharkhand High Court granted him six-week provisional bail on medical grounds. However, legal officials said that Yadav, in all likelihood, would have to return to Ranchi for getting the formalities related to provisional bail completed before heading for his treatment.
Like in the case of parole, the RJD chief has been asked not to indulge in any political activity during this period.
