Manipur Governor La Ganesan on Monday took oath as the new Governor of West Bengal after the resignation of Jagdeep Dhankhar, who has been nominated as NDA's Vice Presidential candidate. Ganesan has been given the additional charge of West Bengal. CM Mamata Banerjee welcomed him by presenting him with a flower bouquet after the swearing-in ceremony.
