Khalistani leader Amritpal Singh, who in the past had challenged the Punjab Police to arrest him, is on the run along with his accomplices after police launched a mega operation to arrest him on Saturday morning. The state police has declared him a fugitive.
Police has been conducting raids at multiple places in Jalandhar and Amritsar districts of Punjab where Amritpal might be hiding to avoid action.
