The Kerala government has ordered a judicial enquiry against the Enforcement Directorate (ED) after the accused in the gold smuggling case alleged that the agency forced them to name CM Pinarayi Vijayan in the matter. However, with the upcoming assembly elections, a judicial commission will be set up after taking permission from the Election Commission, said a government official.
