Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday said quality education will be provided free of cost if the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) wins the assembly elections in Gujarat. The AAP convener vowed to improve the infrastructure of government schools and open new ones. In earlier visits to poll-bound Gujarat, Kejriwal announced pre-poll guarantees on electricity, unemployment allowance and women's welfare.
