After the Karnataka High Court upheld the ban on hijab in educational institutions on Tuesday, Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said that the decision of the HC should be "welcomed". Everyone must follow the dress code of the school or college irrespective of their religion, said Singh, while addressing a program on "Women Transforming India" in Delhi.
