Karnataka government has extended COVID-19 lockdown rules till August 2 with additional relaxations and allowed cinema halls at 50% capacity. It also permitted colleges to open from July 26 for undergraduate, postgraduate courses for staff and students who've got at least one vaccine dose. Night curfew was eased by an hour and will be in place from 10 pm-5 am.
