As per an instruction of the SC, a team of doctors from a State-run mental hospital on Thursday couldn’t conduct a medical test on Calcutta High Court Judge CS Karnan, as he refused to undergo any such test and told the team in a written response that he is “absolutely normal and with a stable mind.”
