Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren on Thursday announced that the schools will reopen for the students of Class 8, 9 and 11 from March in view of the declining cases of coronavirus in the state. While cinema halls have been allowed to reopen at 50% seating capacity, 100% attendance has been mandated in all government offices in the state.
