A Saudi court has sentenced five to death over the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi in the country's consulate in Istanbul, Turkey. The court also handed jail terms totalling 24 years to three others. An investigation by UN Special Rapporteur Agnes Callamard had concluded that Khashoggi's death "constituted an extrajudicial killing for which Saudi Arabia is responsible".
