As a result of the staying of the execution of Kulbhushan Jadhav by ICJ, Pak govt came under fire and many legal experts questioned the approach adopted and asked why it accepted the global court’s jurisdiction. The Pak Foreign Office was criticised for its “poor handling”of the case and also for having Khawar Qureshi as Pakistan’s representative before the ICJ.
