Jammu and Kashmir will get about 25 lakh new voters, including outsiders, after the special summary revision of electoral rolls is completed, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Electoral Officer Hirdesh Kumar said on Wednesday. The rolls are being revised for the first time after Article 370 was abrogated in the erstwhile state. The revision is set for completion by November 25.
