Bhartiya Kisan Union leader Rakesh Tikait said on Saturday that the death of BJP workers in violence in UP's Lakhimpur Kheri doesn't amount to murder. Calling it a "reaction to an action", he added, "I don't consider those involved in the killings as culprits." At least eight people, including four farmers and a journalist, had died in the violence.
