ISRO on Wednesday successfully launched India's Earth imaging satellite 'Cartosat-3' from Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota. The Cartosat-3, India's third-generation agile advanced satellite with high-resolution imaging and mapping abilities, has also been successfully injected at an orbit of 509 km, ISRO tweeted. ISRO's PSLV-C47 rocket also carried 13 nanosatellites of the US.
