Ahead of the 75th Independence Day, inmates of Meerut district jail have been making the national flags for 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign. Jail superintendent Rakesh Kumar said that 30 male and 10 female inmates are making the flags. He further added that the national flag will be hoisted in all 39 barracks of the jail as part of the campaign.
