Uzma Ahmed claimed that she was forced to marry a Pakistani at gunpoint. After Tahir Ali received her at the Wagha border, she was physically and mentally tortured and forced to sign the nikhanama, according to the woman’s counsel. Immediately after the court’s hearing, Uzma went to the Indian High Commission and stay there till she is deported to India.
