A 58-year old Indian, Atul Kumar Babubhai Patel, who arrived on a flight from Ecuador. was detained at Atlanta Airport for not possessing the right immigration documents. He was taken into custody by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement to the Atlanta City Detention Centre for two days. Officials said that the preliminary cause of his death was congestive heart failure.
