An Indian Coast Guard (ICG) helicopter crash landed at around 2:40 pm today in Maharashtra's Raigad district. According to news agency ANI, the chopper crash-landed near Murud's Nandgaon, 160 kilometres south of Mumbai. All four crew members of the helicopter were rescued and flown to the Naval Hospital INHS Asvini in Mumbai. Although ANI reported that an ICG lady pilot suffered injuries and is undergoing treatment. The reason for the crash landing is yet to be determined. Recently, two pilots died when an Indian Air Force (IAF) microlight helicopter crashed in Assam's Majuli island on February 15. And on January 13, a Pawan Hans helicopter carrying two pilots and five ONGC employees crashed about 22 miles off Mumbai coast.
