India has recorded 11,692 new coronavirus cases, which is around 7% less than the cases recorded a day before, according to the Union Health Ministry data released on Friday. The death toll has increased to 5,31,258 with 28 deaths, including nine reconciled by Kerala. The active cases now stand at 66,170, which make up 0.15% of the total infections.
