In a statement, the Ministry of Health said, "During the last 24 hours, a total of 2,350 COVID19 patients have been cured. Thus, so far, a total of 39,174 patients have been cured of COVID-19. This means a recovery rate of 38.73% amongst COVID-19 patients. The recovery rate is improving continuously." According to the latest data from the Ministry of Health and Family Affairs, the number of cases in India currently stands at 1,01,139, while death toll has increased to 3,163. The mortality rate of COVID-19 cases currently stands at 3.1 per cent.
