India reported 3,157 new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours, according to the Union health ministry data. With this, the country's total tally of coronavirus cases rose to 4,30,82,345. With 26 fresh fatalities, India's Covid-19 death toll climbed to 5,23,869. The country's active coronavirus caseload currently stands at 19,500. In the last 24 hours, 2,723 people recovered from the infection, taking the total recoveries in the country to 4,25,38,976.
