India has recorded 14,348 new coronavirus cases over the last 24 hours, as per the data from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW). However, the death count continues to rise in the country as it recorded 805 deaths over the last 24 hours. On Thursday, India recorded 733 deaths in the last 24 hours. India has also recorded 13,198  recoveries in the last 24 hours taking the total number of recoveries to 3,36,27,632. The country's active caseload currently stands at 1,61,334 which is 0.47 per cent of the total number of cases.
