India expresses fears that Pakistan could hang him even before hearing at the ICJ gets over, India demanded suspension of his death sentence. The 46 year old former Navy officer, Kulbhushan Jadhav was arrested last year and sentenced to death on charges of espionage. India approached the court at short notice as the situation was grave and urgent.
