India has crossed one million COVID-19 tests being conducted in a day, according to the Union Health Ministry on Saturday. "India crosses the milestone of 1 million COVID-19 tests a day. More than 10 lakh people tested in the last 24 hours," the Ministry said. It also added that there has been a 100 percent increase in recovered cases in the last 21 days in the country. As many as 3,44,91,073 samples have been tested for coronavirus till August 21, says Indian Council for Medical Research. On Friday, 10,23,836 samples were tested all over India
