Speaking at Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) meet in Russia's Moscow on Friday, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said that India is committed to the evolution of a transparent and inclusive global security architecture anchored in international laws. Singh said India is "deeply concerned" about situation in Persian Gulf, adding that the countries should resolve differences through dialogue.
