The hope for the release of former Pakistan Prime Minister, who was dramatically arrested by paramilitary Rangers outside court, was dashed after the Islamabad High Court on Tuesday night upheld the arrest.
The court said all legal formalities were fulfilled by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) while carrying out the arrest of the former prime minister.
