AIIMS chief Dr Randeep Guleria on Monday said that some of the terms being used to identify the different types of fungal infections can be "misleading" and it's better to identify them by names, rather than colour to avoid confusion. Talking about mucormycosis, which has been referred to as 'black fungus', Dr Guleria said it's not contagious or communicable.
