Retired Justice Srikrishna's enquiry panel has found that ex-CEO Chanda Kochhar violated ICICI Bank's code of conduct. The bank said it'll treat Kochhar's exit as termination and will take back all bonuses paid to her from April 2009 until March 2018. The CBI recently filed a case against Kochhar, her husband, and Videocon MD in the ICICI-Videocon loan case.
