IAS officer Anurag Tiwari's body was found lying by the roadside and was identified by his I-card. His body was found near a guest house where he had been staying for the past two days. The police are treating it as a "suspicious death". Tiwari was reportedly depressed due to his divorce. His family is in state of shock .
