PM Narendra Modi on Monday talked about UPSC civil services aspirants who couldn't clear the exam, saying, "I fully understand [their] disappointment." He added, "I also know that these are outstanding youngsters who will make a mark in any field they pursue and make India proud." The 2021 final exam results were declared on Monday.
