Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Wednesday apologised after his bizarre comments, almost in graphic detail, in the state assembly on the role of women's education in population control triggered a row.
I take back my words. My comments have been misconstituted. I just talked about women's education. I apologise if my statements have hurt anybody," Nitish Kumar said.
