Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist, Naseer Ahmed alias Sadiq, was on Sunday arrested by the Sashastra Seema Bal while he was trying to enter into India through Nepal. He was residing in Pakistan since 2003, reports have stated. As per the Jammu and Kashmir Police, Hizbul Mujahideen terrorists had killed Indian Army officer Ummer Fayaz in Shopian district.
