The Army has said that Hizbul Mujahideen seemed to be trying to re-establish its base in north Kashmir after three militants of the outfit were killed in an encounter with security forces in Baramulla district. The DIG North Kashmir Range said that the two of the slain terrorists were locals while the identity of the third one was being ascertained.
