The Jammu and Kashmir Police has said that militant outfit Hizbul Mujahideen was behind the abduction and murder of 22-year-old Army officer Ummer Fayaz in South Kashmir's Shopian district on Tuesday night. "A local Hizbul module was involved. Though we have identified the militants, their names cannot be revealed immediately," said the police.
