Hemant Soren will take oath as the 14th chief minister of Jharkhand at a grand ceremony at Ranchi's Morabadi Ground on Thursday, November 28. The swearing in ceremony will take place at 4 pm at the Morabadi Ground in Ranchi. This will be the 49-year-old's fourth stint as the Chief Minister of the state.
