Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) leader Hemant Soren took oath as the 14th chief minister of Jharkhand in Ranchi on Thursday. Jharkhand Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar administered the oath of office and secrecy to Soreny. This is Soren's fourth stint as chief minister of the state.
