Praising the work of healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic, Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya said that they were the real heroes for risking their own health and lives to save patients. Speaking at the Bharat Swaasth Mahotsav, he said that the nation will forever be indebted to them. Further, he added that "the contribution of healthcare professionals is invaluable".
