Former Solicitor General of India Harish Salve told Rajasthan HC on Friday that former Deputy CM Sachin Pilot raised voice against CM Ashok Gehlot's 'dictatorship'. Pilot exercised his freedom of speech and it will not amount to defection, said Salve. Nineteen rebel Congress MLAs including Pilot filed HC plea against disqualification notices issued to them by Assembly Speaker CP Joshi.
