In connection with land scam in allotting plots to traders in Bhuj, Gujarat high court refuses to withdraw the criminal case against suspended IAS officer Pradeep Sharma.
High Court said that, “it is high time that the prosecution now proceeds further with recording of the evidence.” Along with this cases, Sharma is facing nine different cases including money laundering charges.
