The Rajasthan High Court on Thursday deferred the hearing on disqualification notice served to Sachin Pilot and 18 rebel Congress MLAs. The MLAs sought time to amend their petition challenging the move to disqualify them from the Assembly. Counsel Harish Salve, appearing for them, said the petitioners will challenge anti-defection law enshrined in Tenth Schedule of the Indian Constitution.
