Haryana government on Saturday extended COVID-19 lockdown till 5 am on August 9 while allowing some additional relaxations in curbs. Shops can now open from 9 am-10 pm and malls can open from 10 am-10 pm. University Vice-Chancellors have been advised to plan re-opening of universities from the next academic session and initiate COVID-19 vaccination of faculty, staff and students.
