Gujarat’s Education Minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama has announced on Wednesday that Class 10 and 12 and Under Graduate and Post Graduate Final year offline classes of colleges and universities will also start from January 11 in addition to online classes. Covid-19 pandemic related Standard Operating Protocols(SOPs) and consent of parents will be mandatory to attend class in person, the minister added. He said that attendance will not be compulsory for students. Chudasama once again denied any possibility of granting mass promotion to students. He said the exams will be conducted for whatever syllabus taught.
