The Gujarat High Court on Wednesday said the state government's notification about the distribution of antifungal medicine Amphotericin-B to hospitals is "quite vague and defective". The court added that all districts should have their own expert committees to decide on the requirement of the medicine. Gujarat has the highest number of black fungus cases in the country at 2,859.
