Gujarat sees virus spread sharply with 394 new cases and 23 deaths, bringing the number of cases to 7797. The State recorded 472 deaths and 2091 people have recovered so far. Cases and fatalities in Ahmedabad continue to rise. On  Saturday, the city reported 280 cases and 20 deaths. Total 363 deaths, 5540 cases and 1107  recoveries have been recorded in Ahmedabad.Out of total 5234 active cases, the condition of 24 patient is serious and they are on ventilator support while 5244 are stable and 219 persons recovered from the infection and given discharge in the last 24 hours.
