The government has issued new guidelines for international passengers to "reduce risk of importation of mutant strains" of coronavirus. The guidelines, in effect from 23:59 hours on February 22, mandates travellers to fill self declaration forms and carry negative Covid-19 reports. Travellers from UK, Brazil and South Africa, with connecting flights, will have to give samples at a designated area.
