The Gujarat high court on Friday held Gondal BJP MLA Jayrajsinh Jadeja and his two associates guilty of murder of their rival Nilesh Raiyani and sentenced them to life imprisonment. The HC overturned the acquittal of Jadeja and 14 others by the trial court in Rajkot, which had, in 2010, convicted Samir Pathan in the case.
