Goa has made changes to its Standard operating Procedure on people entering the State. All those arriving in the State must carry a COVID negative certificate or will have to undergo COVID-19 test by paying Rs. 2000 upon arrival in Goa. There will be no home quarantine option as available before. If positive, the patient will have to get admitted to COVID hospital. Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said the decision was taken at the cabinet meeting.
