Amid rising COVID-19 cases, the Goa government on Wednesday announced curbs, saying that casinos, cinema halls, auditoriums, and entertainment parks can operate at maximum of 50% capacity. Only those who are fully-vaccinated or have tested negative for COVID-19 can enter these establishments. Further, inter-state movement of only asymptomatic people who are fully-vaccinated will be allowed.
