Indian Army on Wednesday called CDS General Bipin Rawat a visionary who initiated far-reaching reforms. "He was instrumental in creating foundation of...joint theatre commands," it added. Army Chief General MM Naravane and all ranks of the Army expressed sorrow over demise of General Rawat, his wife Madhulika, who was the former President of Army Wives Welfare Association, and 11 others.
